Big and bright space, close to everything. However, I had issues with the cleaning: the sheets had stains that came out just by rubbing them with a little soap and a wet napkin so it made me think they hadn’t been washed. I also found long hairs and what appeared to be pet hairs under the pillows, and the bathroom curtain had mold growing out of it. They fixed it but I think for what it costs, these things shouldn’t be happening. Cleaning should be basic. Also since the apartment is downstairs and right next to the elevator and stairs, it can get very loud from people coming in/out. This didn’t bother me but I guess other people would have trouble sleeping with that.

The room was great, just as pictured! the bed was incredibly huge & comfortable, the room was nice and spacious. Access to the courtyard was really nice from the room too. My only complaints are the room is right by the elevator/ lobby so you can hear everything! No biggie tho if you’re a heavy sleeper and can sleep through the noise. The other complaint was the shower curtain was in need of immediate replacing it had mold and a lot of the curtain where it hooks had tore off. Other than that, though I would recommend!

The place is exactly as listed! It is a ground floor apartment near the elevator, I wasn’t bothered by people coming in and out but worth noting. Internet was a big thing for me, and it worked great - no issues! Good location in Condesa and friendly staff.
