We adored this apartment, in fact, wish we had one just like it. Huge rooms and closets, 4 bathrooms, tons of light. We cooked and used the washer dryer, everything was perfect. Also, Proximate to many points of interest and shopping.We would have stayed another week if it was available, we really enjoyed the time we had there!

The place was roomy and matched the pictures in the listing. It had a great view of the Mexico City Polanco area and it felt safe. There were lots of options on entertainment being right across from a nice mall. Also, there were lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The room downstairs was a little smaller than expected but it worked. VH staff was quick to respond and provide anything we needed. We had an issue with the microwave not working and they brought us a brand new one the next day. We asked for hand towels and they provided them right away. You definitely needed to open the windows to keep a good temperature in the home. This allowed the traffic from the street to easily be heard, which could be a little loud at times. The place was clean but could have been a little better in certain areas. Overall we would probably stay there again.
