Great location and easy to walk to some great bakeries and coffee shops and restaurants. No central ac or heater but they do provide fans and heaters. We stayed in the 3 bedroom with a balcony—the balcony happened to be facing a very very busy street that was also next to a very well used park. Earplugs are necessary for this front room. We did have an issue with the not having any hot water and the issue was fixed within 2 hours even though it was later in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB! The location itself is INCREDIBLE, so central, close to many restaurants and parks, and extremely walkable. There is a small local market just next-door which was also convenient. The walls are a bit thin and the street-side is loud around rush hour times in the AM and PM, but otherwise, a set of ear plugs (or being a deep sleeper) will do the trick. The rooms are spacious, the space was clean and any time we needed extra supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.), the hosts were easy to message and responded quickly. The 24/7 security is a HUGE plus and we felt very safe. Our hosts were also able to get us into our apartment several hours before check-in after asking ahead of time, and the security kept our bags safe on our last day after we checked out and explored the city for another 8 hours. Great location, great space, great hosts! Thank you!
